Every photograph published by epm.visuals remains protected by copyright. Downloading, purchasing or receiving an image does not transfer ownership of the copyright.
Copyright
The image remains the work of the photographer.
All photographs displayed on epm.visuals are protected by copyright unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The copyright and ownership of the photographic work remain with epm.visuals and the respective photographer.
A download, payment or license grants only the specific usage rights described for that image or license. It does not transfer the copyright itself.
Personal Use
Free downloads are for personal use only.
Images made available as free high-resolution downloads may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Personal use does not include commercial advertising, promotional campaigns, company websites, paid social media, merchandise, resale or any activity intended to generate commercial value.
Personal downloads may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed as standalone image files or presented as the work of another person.

Restrictions
What you may not do
Resell the image or offer it as stock photography
Use the image in advertising or commercial campaigns
Print and sell posters, merchandise or other products
Redistribute or publicly provide the original high-resolution file
Claim authorship or ownership of the photograph
License or sublicense the image to third parties
Use the image in paid brand, corporate or promotional content
Use the image commercially without an appropriate license
Additional rights may be granted through a separate commercial, editorial or custom license. Where a specific license agreement applies, its terms take priority over this general overview.
Commercial Licensing
Commercial use requires a separate license.
Commercial licenses may be made available for companies, airlines, publications, agencies, brands and other professional users.
A commercial license defines the specific rights granted and may include limitations relating to media, territory, duration, audience, campaign type and exclusivity.
Unless a license explicitly states otherwise, commercial licensing does not transfer copyright ownership.
